Who We Are

Playi is a B2B SaaS platform for sales methodology intelligence. We are operated by a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom.

What Data We Collect

Account data: name, email address, company name - collected when you sign up or contact us.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration - collected via Plausible Analytics (privacy-first, no cookies, no personal identifiers).

Call transcript data: uploaded by admin users for the purpose of AI grading. Transcripts are processed and stored securely and are never used to train AI models.

Billing data: handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store card details.

How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve the Playi service.

To send transactional emails (account setup, grading notifications).

To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service (Supabase for database hosting, Vercel for deployment, Resend for email delivery, Stripe for payments, Google Gemini for AI processing).

Email Communications (CASL)

We will only send you commercial electronic messages if you have given express or implied consent as defined under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@playi.com or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Transcript data is retained until you delete it or close your account. We delete inactive accounts and associated data after 24 months.

Cookies

The Playi marketing site uses no cookies. The authenticated app uses a single session cookie required for login. No third-party tracking cookies are set.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Playi after changes constitutes acceptance.
